Compression Router Bits

There are several materials router bits can be made from, with the most common being HSS (high speed steel) and solid carbide. At PTO we believe the most consistent material for everyday quality results is solid carbide, as this material is harder, lasts longer, resists heat better and can take high RPMs when compared to HSS.

However, if you’re routing laminates, we recommend upgrading to titanium carbide, a special alloy of solid carbide, which is even harder and more durable for superior results.

All Panel Tools Online compression router bits are made in Europe and are suitable for a large variety of CNC machines.
