ISO30 Chucks include both the pull stud to suit standard HSD spindles and a ball bearing nut. Use the drop down box below to select the collet type and choose from standard and stainless steel options.
The ISO Chuck is a non-stick tool holder with 7:24 taper. ISO30 receivers clamp down on the pull stud drawing pressure against the outer wall of the chuck.
The taper allows a tightened grip as the chuck is pull further into the receiver as well as centring the tool in relation to the rotation of the router motor. Balanced rotation is critical when operating at speeds up to 24,000 RPM.
Ball Bearing Nut
Ball Bearing Nuts tighten easier and don't damage your collets. The part of the nut which contacts the collet is on a bearing and allows the collet to remain still whilst the nut is tightened onto it. This prevents the metal on metal rubbing which causes collet distortion.
Ball-bearing nuts improve concentricity, resulting in improved performance and longevity for your tools, chucks, collets and spindle.

Stainless Steel Option
Solid stainless steel collet chucks are more resistant and have a longer life span. A special surface treatment guarantees an excellent resistance to corrosion. Recommended for working with coolants, resinous woods and in humid environments.
